Fellow Nigerians, as we celebrate 53 years of independence today from the colonial masters, I need you to keep in mind that those heroes who fought to bring the now celebrated independence have all passed away and yet there is nothing to write home about the reason for the celebrations. Probably about 90% if not all cultivated this wildfire spread indefinite corrupt seed with a strong and big root beneath as well as the stem that have developed into branches covering the whole area which is now giving the entire nation a difficult puzzle to solve. Their reasons for cultivating such a terrible seed may not be unconnected with the idea of amassing the wealth and live like lords without any considerations of the fact that they will not live for ever as well as keeping their loot for their children and the yet unborn grand and great grandchildren to inherit at the detriment of their fellow Nigerians, but unfortunately they will naturally inherit such wealth as a curse upon their head and grossly misuse and badly manage the excessive wealth even as far as leading them to their early grave and torments, no peace and other prevailing punishment inherently placed on them by their inconsiderate parents while the underdog impoverished less privileged Nigerians watch and mock at foolish squanders. Now the lesson of this is first they failed in their wild dreams of living for ever because at 53 they have all passed away after the atrocities of the bad seed of corruption and looting spree they cultivated and secondly that their lineage inherited curse and eventual punishment rather than the eternal enjoyment they intended. I recommend to the present leaders who took after the bad builders to refrain from such unpatriotic senseless vision and begin to build a better nation living a good legacy for themselves and their generational lineage for posterity with leadership of patriotism making a platform remarkable greatness on their part known for their generosity by way of development of positive impact and empowerment of their fellow citizens, that's when we all can celebrate together as one nation, one destiny. Credible Leadership Initiative In Nigeria.

In order to achieve the purpose and dividends of democracy, the people of Nigeria must respect the rule of law, they must declare transparency and show accountability in all activities especially those that must have the people's mandate.
All the registered political parties must organize or rather conduct a proper election (Not selection) of those that will run the affairs of the parties from the grass root level (Wards) Local government, state, and the federal level in a transparent and democratic manner if possible to be monitored and moderated by the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) as the case may be, and also to conduct a credible, free and fair primaries in all elective positions within the parties to compete in the general elections whenever there is an election to such offices.
The political parties must provide a manifesto, written and translated in as many languages as possible.

The manifesto should state what polices it would take in tackling the social and economical problems affecting Nigeria.
It should detail the agenda of the parties, which all officials elected under its umbrella must abide by.
It should be distributed across the entire country, not just within strongholds of the parties, but the entire nation.
The parties must conduct a party registration exercise for membership across the entire country.
Their manifesto must ensure transparency in membership subscription in the political process of Nigeria. The parties must reach out to the public to register as recorded members of the respective party.

They must ensure this registration is electronically recorded and publicized to encourage more Nigerians to join the cause.

They must generate revenue by charging a small fee for membership forms and demanding a donation from all its members. This way, members will feel a part of the process and

automatically expect nothing but transparency and inclusiveness in deciding the direction of their party.

The parties must promise to do away with the habit of imposing candidates against the will of its party members and the Nigerian people.

They must respect the electoral process of the parties and candidates must accept losses, by promising to unite behind the victorious candidate.

They must encourage its prospective candidates to campaign on ideas and not violence or money politics.

They must encourage its prospective candidates to campaign on ideas and not violence or money politics.

The political parties must ensure the process of internal democracy prevails, specifically enabling party members to vote and not just the leaders of the party or its delegates.
If all the parties apply the above simple rules and guidelines, there will be absolute transformation of the country with credible leadership that will follow what they promised to do during their electioneering campaign to the people and not to steal or loot the economy. The sickness of the country  which is CORRUPTION will be minimized if not totally eradicated.

I wish to congratulate the coaches, technical crew, and the members of the Nigeria Green eagles football team for an outstanding performance and making Nigeria proud by winning the coveted cup of the African Cup of nations organised by the Confederation of African Confederation (CAF). At least something credible, remarkable, and historical, has happened under the GEJ administration. Congratulations Nigerians....
